Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy outlines our cancellation and refund terms for Umrah packages. Please read this carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding cancellations.

Cancellation by End Customer

In the event the end customer cancels a confirmed reservation, the following cancellation fees shall apply:

  • 30 days or more before the scheduled service: No cancellation fee. The customer may cancel their booking free of charge.
  • Between 14 and 29 days before the scheduled service: 25% of the total amount will be retained as a cancellation fee to the Company.
  • Less than 14 days before the scheduled service: 50% of the total amount will be retained as a cancellation fee to the Company.
  • Less than 48 hours before the scheduled service or no-show: 100% of the amount is non-refundable.

Cancellation by the Company

If the Company cancels a confirmed reservation due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, the full amount received for that reservation will be refunded to the Agency within 5–7 working days, and the Company shall have no further liability for such cancellation.

Notification Process

All cancellations must be communicated in email and will be effective upon receipt of such notice by the relevant party.
